At LAMODA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your LAMODA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag to ensure they arrive safely.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
